While CEO of Emerald City Cellular he created the Free Cellular phone which changed the market forever. While CEO of Innovative Communications Technologies he was the architect of the VOPT voice protocol which pioneered the elimination of charges for long distance calling, While CEO of ReelTime he developed the ability to stream DVD quality video over the internet making ReelTime the leader in the field worldwide. Henthorn has been featured for his contributions in publications such as The New York Times, Washington CEO, The Seattle Times, The Wall Street Journal, Variety, and others. Barry continues to contribute to a fresh viewpoint and vision towards the future.
President and Director with Baristas Coffee Company™ for over four years, committing himself to refining Baristas™ Operational processes, increasing revenues and generating profits. Scott has been involved in virtually every aspect of the construction industry for nearly 20 years. From Laborer to Designer of High Rise Buildings and Developer of over 40 Townhomes, Mr. Steciw has the capacity to understand the viability of acquisitions, the ability to raise capital to get projects off of the ground, and a track record of getting deals done. As a professional consultant to the building design industry, he has held over 100 power point presentations to the industry, presenting to audiences from 10 to over 200 people. Mr. Steciw has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Boston University.
Bob recently served as President of Dowling Hales, having joined Hales & Company in 1999, and oversaw the firm's growth both internally and through acquisition. This included both leading the management buyout from Arch Capital Group, Ltd. in 2004 and spearheading the sale of Hales & Company to a private investor group, leading to the formation Dowling Hales in 2011. Bob has more than 20 years of management, financial and operational experience. Throughout his career, he has played a leading role in over 150 merger & acquisition transactions. Bob began his career as an auditor with Touche Ross & Company, where he was a Certified Public Accountant. He is an honors graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration. Bob has been registered with FINRA as a Limited Representative - Investment Banking (Series 79 and 63).
Adams founded Adams Financial Concepts as a Registered Investment Advisor. Formerly a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Wachovia Securities, LLC, Mike has been a securities portfolio manager since 1990. He began his career in the financial industry at Paine Webber in 1986, where he was a retail stockbroker. In 1990, Mike moved to Dain Rauscher to transition his business from the traditional transaction-based stock and bond trading to fee-based portfolio management. From the inception of his career, Mike has been recognized as a leader in the industry. Earlier training as a mathematician enabled him to interpret portfolio dynamics in "game theory" terms. Mike Adams gained a master's degree in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.
