The Facility located in Kent, WA is in a prime location that allows for easy access and multiple cars to be served from two separate windows as well as indoor walk-up traffic. The property also provides additional space that can be utilized for promotional events such as car washes, or other gatherings.

SEATTLE, WA (November 11, 2009) - Pangea Networks, Inc. DBA "Baristas" has completed the purchase of the “Leah’s Latte” drive-thru location. The transaction was completed on October 23, 2009.

About the Baristas location:
The newly acquired drive-thru espresso stand has two windows and plenty of room for vehicles of all sizes, both personal and commercial. The stand is located in Seatac, WA, about 20 minutes south of Seattle near the Seatac International Airport. The area is zoned for industrial and commercial use and is an excellent location to capitalize on commuting traffic.

The location is currently being converted to the “Baristas” brand and has been operating as a Baristas location since its acquisition.

The transaction was completed on August 4, 2009. This includes two company owned drive-thru locations in Washington State. The locations are currently being converted to the Baristas brand.

Seattle, WA – Pangea Networks, Inc. DBA “Baristas” has completed an agreement whereas it purchased 100% of Java Girls International, Inc. , Stevens Coffee Company, L.L.C., and Michaels Coffee Company, L.L.C. . The transaction was completed on Aug. 5, 2009 and includes two company owned locations in Washington State as well as 10 trademark licenses throughout the country. The two Company owned locations are being converted to the “Baristas” brand while the trademark licenses will maintain the Java Girls brand at this time.
